No tickets for Moreton Bay vaxxers
Moreton Bay residents have been left out of the Queensland Government’s NRL ticket giveaway for this weekend’s final series games.

In an announcement today, Yvette D’Ath, Queensland Health Minister, said 2,000 double passes would be away today (Thursday) and tomorrow at Brisbane Entertainment Centre in Boondall and at a new vaccination centre opening at the cruise ship terminal at Pinkenba.
Another 1000 double passes will be given away on Friday 24 September for Saturday’s clash between the Storm and The Panthers at vaccination centres at Logan Entertainment Centre and Mt Warren Park.
The passes will be offered to people getting their second dose, however there is no word on the required vaccination status of the ticket-holder’s partner.
In a blow to Moreton Bay residents, no tickets will be offered north of the South Pine River, despite the depth of support for rugby league in the region, including being a hot favourite for the next NRL franchise.
