Munchkin league comes to Woodford
CHILDREN aged from three to five years with an interest in rugby league are invited to join the Munchkin League program, which the Stanley River rugby league club is offering from later this month.
A physical development program, Munchkin League features fun rugby league-based games and drills, and is designed to teach youngsters vital life lessons including self-confidence, awareness, motor skills and respect.
The program runs from 4pm to 4.45pm at the Woodford Showgrounds each Wednesday for eight weeks, starting on May 25.Cost is $99 per child, with each participant receiving a pack.
