Kilcoy students swim to District Carnival
Nine Kilcoy State School students had a chance to show off their swimming skills at the District Swimming Carnival in Beerwah, on February 19.
Three students stood out, with James qualifying for Regionals, Sam winning Age Champion for nine-year-olds, and Sonny being the Age Champion runner-up for 10-year-olds.
The stands were filled with parents, grandparents, siblings and friends, all cheering the students along resulting in “a brilliant day”.
Congratulations to all participants, including Levi, Eljay, Stevie, Fletcher, Kip and William.
