Interaction through tennis highlight of family fun day

KILCOY Tennis Club’s family fun day held last Sunday was well attended, and club coach Jani Kroyherr and the organisers were pleased to see families interacting with each other through tennis.

Jani put everyone through their paces with a series of fun games and activities that centred on basic tennis skills.

All age levels and standards were catered for under Jani’s professional eye, as the emphasis of the day was to have fun through participation.

Many of the adults and juniors joined in with club members to play social tennis and brush up on their shots.

After finishing on the courts, everyone enjoyed a free sausage sizzle provided by the club.

The club expressed thanks to the Kilcoy community for its support, and the club looks forward to continuing to provide the opportunity to become involved in tennis.
