Chopping wood at Exchange

World champion woodchoppers will flock to the Exchange Hotel on Saturday, January 27 to compete in the annual Kilcoy Exchange Combination Classic! Spend your Australia Day long weekend watching world-class lumberjacks, like crowd favourite Gerard Youles, go head-to-head in a gruelling line-up of woodchopping events from 1.30pm.

Don’t cheer on the competitors on an empty stomach!

The Exchange Hotel chefs will be serving up comp day food specials and delicious pub classics for lunch from 11.30am.

The hotel will also have live entertainment from the Blake Evans Band at 8pm.

It’s a great day for all ages to get out into the community!
