Bulls win trial against Yowies on the bell

A last-gasp penalty goal gave the Brisbane Valley Bulls a heart-stopping two-point triumph over the Kilcoy Yowies in a lively rugby league trial match at Yowie Park last Saturday night.

The lead changed numerous times as both sides had chances to win, and a draw looked likely until a somewhat questionable offside penalty with 30 seconds remaining enabled the Esk-based club to steal victory.
