Beware slow traffic on roads
As school holidays get underway this afternoon, traffic is starting build on the highways and other major roads, including plenty of vehicles towing caravans.
Be patient in traffic, especially if caught behind slower vehicles towing caravans
While Queensland Police will be carrying out a number of high visibility operations during the school holidays, drivers should be patient when dealing with traffic delays.
If you are caught in a line of traffic, please be safe when overtaking, it is better to be a few minutes late than not to arrive at all.
